I Landscape and Infrastructure
-The landscape of your nation depends on the region you are as the landscape of Londinium is the same as that of Earth, but the names of rivers, mountains, forests,...etc can be changed.
-Infrastructure, designing the location, name and how your overall cities, ports and villages look like can be changed but the change needs to be written in a thread i'm going to create.
II Military, Navy and Airforce
-All nations are expected to have a detailed army, navy and airforce
-The army of your nation depends on your classification:
Fascist nations would have the biggest active militaries and democratic ones, most of the time, the smallest.
And your population: meaning that you can not have an army bigger that 50% of your overall civilians, this number depends also on the number of civilians, when you have 2 billion civilians and 1 billion of them are in the army paying for the equipment will be very costly, using money which could have gone somewhere else. A good way to counter this probleme, outside of not making an army that has more soldiers that there are civilians in Londinium, would be to have let's say 10% of those one billion people be the active army and the rest be reserves, since they could keep on working and when they're needed join the war, they're equipement will most likely be passed down from those dead in the war meaning there would be no need to buy new equipement, just keep in mind that reserves will be less trained for war meaning that they will be less professional and efficient.
-The navy will be important for island nations and nations seeking to make colonies. The ships that are used will be dating from the second world war. Here are some common sips during WWII:
Ships of World War II
The navy, unlike the army, doesn't have that many unites, for example the Royal Navy, being the largest navy ever, never had more than 250 ships and submarines.
-The airforce is also very important for the army of a nation since planes can: Attack soldiers, ships and other planes, are hard to hit and can reveal important enemy bases and strategic areas. List of planes of WWII:
List of Aircraft of World War II
III Technology
-Every nation will have the tanks, ships and equipement of there real life counter part, but they can be sold to allies or to others.
-If a nation desires it can create it's own equipement, the creation would need to have the following information:
What material it's made of, what's it's use and how heavy and practical it is (and if you want to precise what company made it).
Tanks of World War II
Artillery of World War II
IV War
Declaration and justification of war:
-The declaration of war must be write on the ProBoards forum and it must be sent by telegram to the person you're declaring war. It must have a date and "X has declared war on Y for Z".
-The war you are fighting must have a reason, and if possible a good one, if a nation does not justifie a war you can declare war on it with your justification being the lack of his justification or since there's no reason for the war it won't be popular amongst the people, maybe leading them to protest against it.
The War:
-The war would most likely start with the creation of a defence plan by the defender while the agressor would most likely already have an attack plan. The nations should take in account what kind of weapons the other nation has, 1000 soldiers are probabaly not the best option to use in a fight against 1000 tanks, it would also be preferable to know what kind of weapons are best for what, there are alot of tanks and most of them have different uses, ones being more difficult to destroy others being less difficult but more "practical".
-If you're a weaker nation gainst a stronger one you should mostly defend except if you have a strong ally.
-When invading a nation make sure you know your attack plan and the location of important regions, cities and ports.
-Do not overpower your nation: not everyone of your attacks will work and not everyone of your enemie's attacks will fail.
-Having an alliance or a guarentee from a stronger nation gives you a greater chance of winning.
End of the war:
-The war ends when the other nation surrenders, when you capture all of there land or if a white peace is signed.
-All wars not ending with a white peace must end with a peace treaty, which must look like this:
Treaty of X
Signed between Y and Z( if there are alot of nations then just put the names of the two most important in the war)
Signed in X
Ends the A (Name of the war)

-You can not totaly annexe a nation.
-You have the possibilty to have client states: a puppet state, you have power over it's economy and military, a vassal state, you have power over it's military and a protectorate, which relies on you for defence.
-Both nations need to agree to the termes of the treaty.
-The treaty can: give land, make clients and force another nation into an alliance with you.
After the war:
-Keep in mind that after a big war many of your equipement and infrastructure have most likely been destroyed, you will need to buy new ones and that would be very costly plus let's not forget that you might have lost a good part of your population.
-The land you annexed will also need reparations, if you don't do this there are chances of rebellion.
