Went to amend to make way for citizenship, realized I was probably interpreting my own constitution wrong this whole time, added additional amendments to prevent further misinterpretation.

Looks great. I’d be happy to see it passed - it leaves flexibility for if we do or do not implement a more complex citizenship process, so there’s really no reason to object.

I have the feeling that the First amendment of this bill contradicts the second one.

.
1. Article I §5 of the Constitution of the Union of Londinium shall be amended as follows: [§5.] The terms “citizen” and “resident” refers to a player maintaining at least one nation in the region. 2. The following shall be added to the Constitution, immediately following Article I §5: [§6.] The term "citizen" refers to a resident who holds citizenship status in Londinium, through whatever process shall be defined by act of the Legislature and approved by the Executive.
(§5) "citizen" or "resident" refers here to a Player having a nation in Londinium. So the term citizen is taken up for somebody just maintaining a nation in the Region. In (§6) the term "citizen" is again defined as something contradicting the (§5), since they are ALLREADY a citizen if they have a nation in Londinium, independent of the citizenship process. I hope I could make it clear enough.

Oh right. I forgot - it’s an amendment, so needs 2/3.
Edit: I’m forgetting about quorums. Of the members present all voted in favour.
