Executive Order One
By the power placed in me through the Executive Action Amendment, I have decided to declare the following, in order to bring fairness and structure to Londinium’s Roleplay sector:
Section 1: Establishment of the Council
There is hereby established a Roleplay Council, to resolve all Roleplay disputes and arising problems, which shall operate under the following rules:
(A)The council shall consist of all past and future people who have acted as a head of Roleplay. Members may be removed from this council by a majority vote of other councillors.
(B) The RP Council shall operate democratically, resolving its issues by a simple majority vote. They are obliged to consider and vote upon suggestions for changes to the Roleplay, cancelling a Roleplay, or interference in game against an unjust HoR, made by its members or by those outwith the council.
(C) The council shall elect a chairperson to decide when issues pressing hem are to be put to vote.
(D) The RP council holds supremacy over any and all individual Heads of Roleplay and May overrule them on anything should they see it fit. The council may not be biased for or against any of its members or anyone involved with Roleplay at all.
(E) Puts full confidence in the Roleplay council for deciding and resolving all matters concerning Roleplay.
Section 2: Elections for all Future Roleplay
(A)Both the theme of a future Roleplay and its respective head, who will gain a seat on the council mentioned in Section 1, are to be voted on. When a previous Roleplay is cancelled or declared inactive*, a thread is to be created for suggestions on what the theme of the next Roleplay should be and another for people to campaign on being its head.
(B) A member of the aforementioned council operating a Roleplay already may not serve as a candidate for becoming a future head, though other RP councillors are permitted to become a HoR again.
(C) Elected Heads of Roleplay will, under the supervision of the council, be charged with building a functioning and effective Roleplay and may select a panel to help them in this. They can interfere in their Roleplay with IC situations for nations to solve. As with the council as a whole, they may not be biased or take into account their own IC alignment with all decisions they make.
*Inactivity is defined as 2 weeks of the Roleplay, in which only 2 or less users have been posting, or in which there have only been 5 or less posts in two weeks.
Signed: Prime Minister Bymaria
