No where in the Constitution or in any Acts I have read so far does it state the Speaker has to order an Act to vote.
[§18.] The Assembly shall elect a Speaker every three (3) months through a popular vote achieving the consent of a quorum of the membership. The Speaker shall preside over the Assembly and represent its interests in Parliament and to the Executive.
Since Aurgediam has been inactive since Jan. 2 is there anyway around this by using another player. At the moment there are a couple of acts in backlog that need to be taken to Poll.

Theoretically anyone with polls authority could... I do, but I'm about to go to sleep. I could do it later tomorrow.

In his absence I don’t think it would be unfair for another RO to create a poll. The speaker has the authority to move things to vote, however if the Assembly supports it and the speaker has not been present since the introduction of the bill a regional officer should add one. Instead of talking to the speaker, someone could say “I ask the support of the Assembly in the creation of an NS poll on The ____ Act” and a regional officer (probably PM) can respond and create the poll.
