OOC: I feel like Hromos set it up to be a good story and then Nes randomly made the Winged Hussars arrive ruining the story’s potential.

OOC: I would like to adress this next post, that I have put in the Out Of Character format as to not fully dissrupt the story chain, to mister Bymaria and Mister Barbaros, from Scotland and the USA respectively, as to explain to them that they should cease publicaly attacking my continuation post ln this website, in the thread named "Continue the Story" made by our former member Pontustan, as my post was in no way against the known rules of the thread. If this was only a personal criticism of my otherwise splendid continuation, I would like for it to be taken down as it offends me and my person. Thank you for your understanding.

John stopped examining his shoes and looked up--and that's when he saw them.
Being in the middle of multiple world wars, and dreading the threat of nuclear apocalypse, Poland had become the world leader in ground-to-air defense. One of their most well known--and best selling--technologies were the "Winged Hussars". Nicknamed due to their noise, their wings, and their strategy (which oddly resembled that of the historical Hussars), they weren't standard fare--at least, not in what John was used to in his reality.
The Hussars swooped upwards and took care of the remaining bombs in the air.
