Most regions don't require renewing information. The indentities are used to see if you've done anything bad in another region. For a legal definition of an entity, I submit this: "An identity shall be defined as a name, character, nation or other persona by which the citizenship applicant has gone or has used in the past, be it across multiple regions or just one."
